The tensions linger on

November 16, 2009
Waterfalls rush to meet
The crimson colored dawn.
Cover me, so I can’t see
The tensions linger on.
As the apathy grows,
Displacement seeks to vanquish the abuse.
Life flows with the force to nourish
Another it does not know.
Why don’t we?
When the insects relieve the flowers
They receive what they need.
Why can’t I?
I wish I were as fluid
As the crimson colored dawn.
I’d shine forever through it
As the tensions linger on.
